Himetech, means High Metal Tech with the mission of achieving the 1st Class Company of the manufacturing of metals, which founded in 2008, is a professional manufacturer with over 10 years experience for manufacturing and surface treatment of metal products. Major in house manufacturing processes are NC lathing, NC turn-milling compound, CNC machining including metal surface treatment technologies such as Spin finish, Diamond cutting, High gloss chamfer, Tumbling grinding, Centrifugal grinding, Laser etching, Adhesive assembly, Chemical etching on both aluminum and stainless steel parts and so forth. Meanwhile, sets up strategy horizontal outsourcing processes such as wet plating, Aluminum alloy anodizing, Stainless steel PVD, Stamping, Metal injection molding, Plastics injection molding and so on.
The main substrate materials are copper alloy, aluminum alloy(6 series,7 series), stainless steel (316F,316L,304,303), titanium alloy which most of the cases used for our products such as automotive connector, mobile phone case, camera deco, flash deco, watch case (mainly 316L), fingerprint ring, volume key and power key etc.
There are 160 sets of the newest model, the most precise NC lathe processing equipment (accurate to 0.005mm), the advanced dimension measurement instruments and the complete reliability test equipment for PVDed and anodized parts in Himetech so far.
Have achieved the certificate of quality management system ISO9001:2015 since 2016. There are 8 employees at least with certificate of interior audit in Himetech who have been qualified with the assessment capability of the running of quality management system continuously.
More than 50 professional engineers and technicians, including 2 masters, 30 or more with a college degree or above.
